I donโt have time to go to classes and do Pilates videos 3-4x per week. I have tried a number of teachers, but you are my favorite. The level of difficulty, pacing, and hitting all the areas of the body, whatever the length of the program, is always just right. So thank you. I look forward to doing more of the videos now that I have a subscription here. I am most interested in Pilates mat work, and like videos that are anywhere between 20-40 minutes.

I like intermediate/advanced-type workouts that hit a number of areas, just some combination of core, abs , glutes, outer and inner thighs, arms, planks, etc. I like to mix up the different workouts that do this. I have knee problems, so can't do like squats/HIIT-type things. I do also like the Pilates/yoga blend one. :)
