Our Ab muscles are integral in providing support for our entire back and spinal column, and play a vital role in preventing injuries. However to do this well, our core muscles have to be strong and trained on a regular basis. Incorporating plank exercises every few days is a great way to strengthen your core, and in doing so, support your spine. Start with the shorter plank challenge and then work up to this 15min plank challenge a few days per week.
