    This workout designed specially for surfers is focused on strengthening and releasing the thoracic spine. This is the only spinal region attached to the rib cage, running from your lower neck to your abdomen, and highly engaged in surfing!

    This workout is designed specifically for surfers - it focuses on strengthening the hip flexors, and increasing mobility and flexibility in the hip joint.

    This workout designed specifically for surfers is focused on releasing the hips, shoulders, back, neck, lats and traps. All the areas that are tight and shortened after a surf, getting you stretched out and ready for another surf!

    This workout is designed specifically for surfers - it focuses on opening the hips and shoulders, and getting the core and stabilising muscles cranking before a surf!
